I Lost 5 Lbs! I Lost 10 Lbs! I Lost 20 Lbs! 300 Challenge Winner - This person is UNSTOPABLE!

It should be a timed distance (e.g. I ran a 7 minute mile) but I don’t think gyminee has this feature…

Made my first “real” attempt to run a 5 minute mile. SOB that ish is HARD!! I had the treadmill speed on 10.0 the whole time and ran a 0.83 in mile in 5 minutes (http://www.box.net/shared/e3tnmr548s). Granted that isn’t bad, but I was determined and focused to destroy it. I’m going to focus on running at that speed the the rest of this month to get my stamina up.

NOTE: In order to win this challenge you must run a 5 minute mile. Accumulating miles is to the purpose of this challenge. If you have achieved this you must also prove it by providing an image with your results. Yes, I effd this up and tried to change it but it wont let me so this is the only way this will work.

Completely agree D. I take it the pics from “Pedometer” on my phone will suffice? Ultimately D, whoever breaks the 5 minute barrier first should (in order to win) submit progress of like 50 miles or somethin…

SOK: Yah, the Pedometer on your iPhone would work. What do you mean about the 50 mile progress submission? I was thinking of something like whoever could hit that 5 minute mile would win – they’d just have to show proof that they were able to achieve it.

I Biked 100 Miles! I Ran 100 Miles! I Lost 5 Lbs! Vanquisher Gold Medalist 5K Runner

What he meant is that, since the medal of this challenge will go by definition to the person who will run the more (even if it’s not the objective), adding a 50 mile run will automatically give the person the victory. ;)

Anyway good luck guys, it’s a nice challenge!
