leaving this challenge and re joining cos i got my reading totally wrong with a stupid pedometer/body fat moniter it said i was 41% and im 25.38% so i wil lleave and then re join so it doesnt look like i have lost 20% when i correct it

I need help to find out the right cardio workout to burn fat! Should be around 70-80% of my Max BPM? Is that right? And, I don’t want to lose muscles…If somebody could give suggestions

I guess this is a really difficult challenge. I was amazed that at 8% fat loss, I am on page 2 of 58 pages. Looks like most folks drop out without recording any gain or loss. Well, yeah for me! LL&P, Honda_Insight

Finally, down to 18.6% after a big push, running and strength training. Got my diet more or less locked down and shedding the unwanted fat. My first measurement was 8/10/09 and I was at 32.7% now 04/13/10 I am at 18.6%. Gonna keep on pushing down with my goal at 15% then down to 10% after that. This is a slow and steady kind of challenge like Honda_Insight said.
