I have succesfully lost 60 lbs by this crazy program called the eat less, eat better and exercise more. It’s not the easiest plan, but it seems to work. No special programs, no extra costs, just plain old common sense.

And remember, rapid weight loss is almost always shortsighted and unhealthy. An almost guaranteed way to gain the weight back. It’s all about quality weight loss over extended amount of time – not unhealthy, unsustainable eating.
