-25 lbs to *dream* weight. Any tips?
I've always been very strong with chubbiness, but I'm not a couch potato. I am finally committing to a healthy lifestyle, and believe me, I'm not going to stop until I get what I want--determination isn't the problem. My starting goal was to lose 25 pounds, and I'm currently at 29 days out of 84 (Cardio Sculpt) completing consecutive daily workouts. At this point, I've only lost 2.3 lbs (and I know how to properly weigh myself) and I've been eating anywhere from 1100-1500 calories a day... I don't really count, because I don't eat junk food, except for the occasional treat. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, drink TONS of water... water, water, water, never anything else...
I'm a patient person, and I'll keep working... But is there something I should change to start seeing results on the scale? I see the change in my measurements and on my body, but not on the scale. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Just give it time? What's going on?HelBel by:
honestly log your calories...and measure out your food. there are tons of easy aps to help. I thought I was doing good with my food only treating on occasion but I discover I was eating more than I thought.
Keep an honest long of your food and measure, even if you are eating healthy sometimes there are things that creep in there. When you write it down you become accountable to it. You got this!
I skipped logging my food for a long time (about a year) and that was fine to maintain. I thought just like you. "I know I'm eating well, I don't have to log." But I started logging and started losing. Give it a try for a couple weeks.
