60 year old female, tried cardio sculpt, now total cardo, no changes in several months, does anyone have any suggesions?

  • HI I have completed Cardio Sculpt, and just started Total Cardio, and mixing in some Core workouts a few days a week. I work out 5 days a week. I am nearly 60 years old, 133, 5' 6". I am happy to find Daily Burn, as the workouts are much harder that what I was doing before. I would love to drop a few inches, but I seem to be making no progress. The workouts seem tough enough (I can do some exercises at the medium level) My diet is only fair, trying to improve on that. Any ideas?

    Could you be more specific? What do you mean by "no changes"? No changes in weight? Overall strength? Cardio capacity? And what types of changes are you looking to make? A lot of questions, I know. But I think these will help to you to get toward your goal. :)

    Hi there! What's your diet like? Have you heard of Paleo? Google it. I don't go mad with Paleo. I always like to treat myself to the odd bad food thing! But Paleo has changed my life overall. I never struggle with my weight now. And I've been eating 80 percent Paleo for over two years now. I used to workout a LOT before I did Paleo. And it wasn't making much difference. I couldn't understand why the weight wasn't shifting. Then I changed my diet and boom!? The weight dropped off. Look up Robb Wolf! Good luck!

    Everybody and every body is different. 133 at 5'6 seems right on target- probably a bit low for your age (assuming you are post menopausal..), and it'd be super hard to loose your essential fat without starvation- which I DO NOT by any chance recommend..
