60 year old female, tried cardio sculpt, now total cardo, no changes in several months, does anyone have any suggesions?
HI I have completed Cardio Sculpt, and just started Total Cardio, and mixing in some Core workouts a few days a week. I work out 5 days a week. I am nearly 60 years old, 133, 5' 6". I am happy to find Daily Burn, as the workouts are much harder that what I was doing before. I would love to drop a few inches, but I seem to be making no progress. The workouts seem tough enough (I can do some exercises at the medium level) My diet is only fair, trying to improve on that. Any ideas?by: surfinggrrrl
Could you be more specific? What do you mean by "no changes"? No changes in weight? Overall strength? Cardio capacity? And what types of changes are you looking to make? A lot of questions, I know. But I think these will help to you to get toward your goal. :)
