Alternative to protein shake on Phase 1 of Ignite?

  • I can't do a shake for breakfast….anyone have a food alternative that works within the Phase 1 guidelines? This is the one thing holding me back from trying the program. Thanks!

    There is a recipe for veggie quiches, you could have those for breakfast! Have the shake at some point in the day though, they are so yummy and give you so many nutrients.
