Any one a stay home mom trying to lose weight?
I've cut my calories way back. Started Juicing. Drink nothing but water, and I work out EVERYDAY for an Hour. I'm a stay at home mom so my activity level on a daily basis is very low except for my Hour of execise. Not loseing the weight. I'm so frustrated. I need help
I just finished my second daily burn workout. But I do know that you may need to go by measurements instead of weight a lot of the time. Especially if your working out so much...remember muscle weighs more than fat so if your body is converting this could be why the scale doesnt move. Keep it up and I'm sure you will get results your looking for!!!
I am a stay at home mom, who was very busy with daily activities but not nec exercise till Daily Burn came along. I am 2/3 through Ignite (which I have been very faithful to) and work out for an hour 3 times a week (doing Cardio and Weigts) and have lost about 4lbs since I started Ignite. I can't say enough about Ignite, I love it and it has really changed the way I view food-- let alone the fact that I don't have to count calories!!! The food I eat tastes good and I know it is good for me--- and slowly but surely I am losing the weight. -- you might give it a try too!
I'm a SAHM with 2 kids, 4 and 2. I make a point of walking at least a mile with them every day, though it's been hard with the weather so cold. I find that if I look at movement as something I want to teach my kids to enjoy and work into their own lives, I'm more motivated. I've also lost 8 lbs since New Years on the Ignite program and am so impressed with how little I crave food when I stick with it. I think since getting pregnant with the first I've forgotten what "hunger" feels like. It's so hard to get the nutrition we need when we're sneaking food in whenever we can.
You need to eat! When you stop eating, your body hangs on to weight. If you DO lose, you'll start losing muscle. Go to MyFitnessPal and do some research. There are some great forum posts about how to set the correct calories for your current weight and specific goals.
