Anyone complete the Cardio Sculpt Program and want to share their results? I know results vary but I need some motivation!
I just started and sometimes don't really want to do the workout BUT I push myself just a little, get off the couch and DO IT! So can you. It feels so good after working out. Mentally and physically.
I'm on day 59 of Cardio Sculpt and have lost 12.5 lbs. (But I also eat a very clean diet and about 1000-1200 calories a day.) Like a lot of other people have mentioned, I didn't lose but maybe a couple of pounds in the first few weeks of Cardio Sculpt, but my BMI has gone down 2% since starting it.
I was pretty discouraged the first few weeks when my rate of weight loss wasn't as fast as before I started it. (I had been following a healthy diet and doing other exercises for six months before and had lost 45 lbs.) But - hang in there if this happens to you. My body is absolutely stronger, my cardiovascular system is vastly improved, and I have definitely lost inches.
I am on day 45 of the w/o and I get discouraged too. I feel better and when I look down at my body I think it looks good, but my clothes are not quite looser and when I look in the mirror I don't see the person I feel I am. I DO NOT weigh myself until the end of the month. Month 1 I lost 5 lbs. Weighing myself on a consistent basis only get me down. I also do not follow a daily burn diet. I have however cut back greatly on the sugar and fat I used to eat. I am also drinking a lot more water. Sorry for the long answer.
