Anyone complete the Cardio Sculpt Program and want to share their results? I know results vary but I need some motivation!

    I'm on day 59 of Cardio Sculpt and have lost 12.5 lbs. (But I also eat a very clean diet and about 1000-1200 calories a day.) Like a lot of other people have mentioned, I didn't lose but maybe a couple of pounds in the first few weeks of Cardio Sculpt, but my BMI has gone down 2% since starting it.

    I was pretty discouraged the first few weeks when my rate of weight loss wasn't as fast as before I started it. (I had been following a healthy diet and doing other exercises for six months before and had lost 45 lbs.) But - hang in there if this happens to you. My body is absolutely stronger, my cardiovascular system is vastly improved, and I have definitely lost inches.

      Thanks for the info. Day 5 for me. So far I love it. I will hang in there. I am feeling better even if the weight loss is slow, I am already noticing that it has helped a lot with maintaining a positive attitude. Best of luck to you!

    I am on day 45 of the w/o and I get discouraged too. I feel better and when I look down at my body I think it looks good, but my clothes are not quite looser and when I look in the mirror I don't see the person I feel I am. I DO NOT weigh myself until the end of the month. Month 1 I lost 5 lbs. Weighing myself on a consistent basis only get me down. I also do not follow a daily burn diet. I have however cut back greatly on the sugar and fat I used to eat. I am also drinking a lot more water. Sorry for the long answer.

      I am now on day 42 and I wish I could say I have more weight loss but I really don't. I lose and gain the same 3-4 lbs during the whole program. However I have muscles and I can see my body toning up. I do realize my body is still adjusting where it wants to lose the inches at. I have choked it up to a toning and strengthening program and look forward to the completion. I think next go round I am going to do something with more cardio. This program and the True beginner program has really lifted my endurance level. I can do 50 min workouts like a true champ. I now weigh myself every 2 weeks but the numbers don't matter as much anymore. It's just for tracking because I feel great.
