Anyone doing the move program? How do you like it?
TBT was a lot of work that improved my strength and burns a ton of calories in a short time. They are high intensity but well worth the effort. I lost 7 pounds in 3.5 weeks. I can't vouch for MOVE as I haven't tried it. Good luck with the weight loss!
I am on Move as well-- it is a good Cardio workout-- but I don't feel like I'm burning many calories. With that in mind, I usually do the Move workout first then go on and do a shorter weights class-- Judi's Cardio Sculpt is great-- I find that burns a lot more calories in a short amount of time plus I get the cardio from Move.
