Anyone having trouble actually losing weight?
My husband has lost 23 pounds in 7 weeks doing the exercise and Ignite/Balance. I have lost 5 and now my weight seems to be creeping up. Trying to keep calories under 1500 on days I work out (which is at least 6 days a week). I don't use more than 10 exchanges a week, but I did not have the weight loss he did even while in the Ignite phase.quinda by:
I'm right there with you. I work out almost everyday sometimes I miss a day but no more than a day. I lost about 5lbs and have been stable-ish since sometimes my wt fluctuates up or down 1-2lbs. Its been frustrating and I've been doing this since august. If you find a solution please let me know. I don't want to take supplements or extreme dieting measures. I don't feel they will be practical following in the long term.
