Are protein shakes for breakfast in the 21 day phase absolutely essential?
I'm a very touchy person when it comes to any liquid in the morning. I just feel so sick and gooey. So do I really need to have a protein shake, or are there alternatives that still give great results? Thank youby: Singstar90
The shakes make things easier for you, however you can still get by without them. Just make sure you make up for them with some protein meals throughout the day and you'll be just fine.
