are vitamins bad for losing weights? like iron & calcium & vitamin C?

    No but too many vitamins can be a loss on your wallet. I usually tend to just have a daily multivitamin otherwise if you buy too many vitamins your body won't be able to absorb most of it and you will just have expensive urine.
