    Try a grilled chicken salad over a bed of romaine and spinach mixed with some cherry tomatoes and shredded carrots. Make a vinaigrette. It's super easy. Just add some olive oil and some vinegar together for the base. Then season to taste. I added ground flax seed, strawberries, and cherries into my NutriBullet and voila.
