Best way to plan meals and workout when I am on the overnight shift
Hello Fellow Igniters!
I just joined the program and I am really excited to get started. I have been sedentary for a while following the birth of my second child. I am at my heaviest at 198 lbs and I want to get down to 125lbs. The dilemma is that, I work an over night shift from 10pm-6am and I also homeschool my children when I get home from work in the morning. They nap around noon and my husband comes home from work around 3pm. During nap time and maybe a few hours in the evening around 6pm I am able to catch up on sleep. I need to know how I can manage my time better so that I can make the most of my workouts on here and have a meal plan/schedule that will work with me so that I burn fat to get fit!ndoeur by:
Wow that sounds tough. Sleep cycles are very important as is "de-stressing." I workout before a meal, either before breakfast or before dinner (after work). That is what I do. Good luck to you. Go easy on yourself and find something fun to do or something that has a structure you like.
Personally I need structure so I am doing DBK the kettlebells program. Its longest videos are 50 minutes which are doable for me.
