Hi! it´s my second day of ignite and, apart from extreme tiredness, i've been living these two days with a tremendous headache, I am brestfeading and paracetamol is the only pill I can take and doesn´t do much. I need to point out that i am not having a shake in the mornings 'cos i live in a remote rural area where I can´t get your fuel or something similar, I just have a freshly squizzed orange juice in the morning and as a snack in the afternoon. I eat well during the meals, without any of the evil 6. It´s also very hot where I live just now (humid 33º C). I just wanted to ask if this is normal or may be i shouldn´t eliminate the evil 6 of my diet if I am not compesating it with the fuel, while breastfeeding and living in very hot weather. I agree with the caffeine response. It took me a while to get adjusted to not having as much caffeine as I usually do. What has helped me with my horrible migraines that are not caffeine related has been fresh juice with lots of kale. There is something about kale that just gives my system the jump it needs. If the main reason that you are doing the fuel diet is due to the fact that you want to loose weight from your pregnancy than I would wait. Most of this should go away while you are breast feeding also your diet should be different. You are going to need to eat more than normal. I would first talk with your doctor and see if this is really the best diet for you. If you still want to loose weight and you are done breastfeeding then I would try again and I would say that you need more protein in the mornings.
