Brand new, have you had success?
I have only been doing the beginner plan intermittently over the last 3 weeks and I've really enjoyed it. I've never stuck with an exercise program for so long and I really feel as though I will stay. There's a lot of variety and great motivation.
YES! There is another post asking the same question. I will give you the same, yet updated answer. True Beginner and watching my food intake 25lbs in 55 days. I am currently on my second round of TB, I do two a day now and adding Move15 on Sat mornings. I am now looking into adding Kettle Bells 1 to my routine, even if it is just 1 rep on each side vs twice for now.
