Broke my foot! Any suggestions on how to workout, not that I have limitations!
I have two broken toes and the side of my foot is broken. I am wearing a walking cast. I don't want to gain weight, now that I have been doing so well!by: nbennett8203
Broken foot is a limitation but not a stopper. I would look at doing upper body but you have to understand it wont burn as many calories as full body workouts. I would also look into bands as you can use them from a seated position... heck many of the TRX moves can be down with minimal use of the lower body... It wont be easy be light with exercises that may involve that foot you wont do yourself any good if you aggravate it.
