Calorie tracker showed a much higher amount burned for an easy workout than for harder ones?

  • Just finished doing the Strength and Cardio 2 in the True Beginner program and the progress box showed me a final calorie count of 430. That is more than it says when I do harder workouts like Kickin' It with Keaira or Cardio Sculpt (300-400).

    I read responses on similar threads about an algorithm that takes into account my personal info that I enter as well as averages for a "medium" intensity, but this doesn't make sense to me. Any reasons why this is happening? I think I'll save up for a heart rate monitor, but I like to use the progress box as a rough idea.
