Calories burned is SO different

  • I just completed Hydraulic Lower Body for the second time. The first time, the popup said I burned 368 calories, and this time it said I burned 510, How is it calculating calories burned and why is it so different? My weight is pretty much the same, and the video suggested I follow the modified workout both times.

Calories burned is an estimate using an algorithm that utilizes your age, gender, weight, fitness level, workout duration, and workout difficulty. We also incorporate heart rate if you are using a heart rate monitor. If you're still having trouble, email, and they can help you out.
