Can I do more then 1 workout a day, if so what would be the best combination?

    You could...though use common sense to when doing so. A combination of low and high intensity workouts are the best. Or two low intensity workouts. I wouldn't double up on two high-intesity ones (TBT and Inferno for example) as you could overstress your body.

      How about including some yoga or stretching?
