Can I drink propel zero water during ignite?

  • I'm having a really hard time with black coffee and just water. I got some propel zero today (day 3 of ignite) and checked what was in it and it seemed ok but I want to make sure. Thanks for any help!

You can also try loose leaf teas. There are some really good ones out there that taste great without any type of sugar or sweetener. Also, cucumber slices in water can make water more bearable (weird sounding I know... but I saw it at a wedding and tried it... actually pretty refreshing).

Although Propel Zero doesn't contain any 'sugar', it contains sucralose which is an artificial sweetener. You'll want to avoid this for a whole host of reasons. I'm like you -- I cannot stand water at all. What I do to mix things up is add some lemons and/or limes to water to give it some flavor. I also have a Soda Stream ( , which I use just to make seltzer -- for me, the carbonation definitely makes water more tolerable.

Like Anthony said Propel Zero has the artificial sweetener sucralose. Sugar is basically better for your body than those artificial sweeteners! I get bored easily with water and need a little flavor so I buy Vitamin Water Zero which is sweetened with Stevia and that's a good sugar substitute. They come in quite a few flavors and you can buy them in bulk at Sam's Club! Also try Zevia's. They are a no calorie soda that taste delicious and are also sweetened with Stevia. You can get them in a variety of flavors such as grape, gingerale, cherry cola, etc. Hope this helps. :)

I make up a pitcher of water and add slices of lemon and lime. Then I leave it in the refrigerator. This makes the water taste really good.
