Can I eat sushi?

  • I was wondering, how does it work for sushi in a sushi restaurant. Specially, how many points of my weekly balance do I have to eliminate?

You'll just have to subtract for every serving of soy sauce - also, be sure to stick to brown rice.

coconut aminos are a great soy substitute if you do sushi takeout! And since soy sauce actually contains wheat AND soy, you could always ask the restaurant if they have tamari, which is a type of soy sauce that has no wheat in it.
