Can I go back to a workout that I missed?
I am doing True Beginner and will not be able to workout over the weekend. Can I just go back on Monday to the workout I would have done on Saturday and do both Saturday and Monday's workouts together. Then do the same thing on Tuesday with what I would have done on Sunday?by: hmika0613
Sorry - at this time, you can't go back to workouts you've missed. You can either start over or use Discover to try out different workouts.
If you wanted to do both workouts on the same day, you could always use the weekly calendar on the side of the page. Just click on the name of the workout and it will bring it up to start. Or, as Theodora said, you could navigate through "Discover". But I think the former is much faster. (It just won't show two workouts on one day on your calendar since right now that only tracks the recommended daily workout.)
