Can I ignore the "contains soy" warning on my cooking spray?

  • I barely use cooking spray, really only for coating my cast-iron skillet when it isn't in use. Is the trace amount of soy in it going to ruin my Ignite?

Not if you are following strict Ignite. That's the whole point of the 21-days. Might I suggest using real oil? Coconut and Olive oil are good options.

Both turn rancid if you don't use the skillet for more than 3 days. We really don't COOK with it, but it needs to be coated with something or it ruins the cast-iron. Guess I'll just need to clean the coating off before using it. :)
