Can I start my day with omelettes instead of protein shakes?
I'm trying Ignite but I don't know if I'm committed enough to drop money on protein shakes. What are the big differences between those and, for example, eggs with onions/spinach and dairy-free cheese? All ingredients avoid the "evil 6" so I'm not worried about that. And I have plenty of supplements around the house so there's no shortage of those.karsenslater by:
