You are doing nothing wrong! Just be patient. For some people it shows a little more slowly. Just make sure you are eating the right foods, not just counting the calories and eating less, and drinking A LOT of water.

Also keep in mind your building up your heart muscles:) Thats as important as looking good. In 4 months I see the wt drop amazingly when I stick with it.

I understand your frustration. I did the true beginner program for 28 days and am now on day 45 of the cardiosculpt program. I have not lost any weight, instead I have gained 3-4 lbs. I also count calories in addition to using this program, and it doesn't seem to help. The only improvement I have noticed was in the first 50 days my body was stronger and firmer, making it easier to fit into my clothes. However, the last two weeks I have still felt firm but the clothes are getting hard to wear again. I am attempting to supplement these workouts with more cardio (exercise bike) to see if I can start seeing results. I have been trying to be patient but its been 60 days I expected to see more results by now.

You do gain muscle wt which is heavier than fat yet burns fat while at rest so be patient and keep working at it...the results will come, you want to be shaped by your muscle rather that fat, great job!!! and you have to forget about wt sometimes and focus on the firm toned body your building.

I'm on day 19 and I haven't seen any weigh loss on the scale or on the tape measure but I have seen it in my body and in how I feel and that is my reward. Yes, I'm also an instant gratification kind of person too, but I didn't pack this all on in 30 days so it's not going to come off in 30 days either. It took me 7 months to get from overweight to obese so it's going to take me even longer to get to 'normal'. I do see that I lost the bullfrog throat, the hound dog jowls and when I started, I had 3 back fat rolls (those are so lovely, aren't they?) and now I have 1 that is about to become just a crease. Look for the little things that you can see or just recognize that you feel better and the rest will come in time. Unless there is a medical problem, you can't sweat and go through all the soreness and muscle fatigue and not be getting results in there somewhere.

Now I have done 2 rounds of True Beginner and I have just started CORE, 3 days into it and yes, I still weigh the same and I am totally ok with that because I certainly look different than when I started. We humans put too much mental weight into the scale weight. Technically, I should be morbidly obese but next time I go into the Dr. and the weight chart says I am but my body says I am very fit, toned and healthy, I will smile at my "theoretical morbid obesity" and embrace it. ;)

Yes! It took me 5 years to get where I am so I might get excited to see my arms tone up yet my belly fat is not shredding as much as I would like it to as fast as I want but I know its is a lifestyle change so keep with it! Back rolls, down to one thanks for the reminder:)

Probably your diet. To lose weight, don't drink alcohol and stop eating all sugar, starches and grains.

Do eat vegetables, protein and oil / fat. Losing weight becomes the easiest thing in the world if you do that.
