Do I have to have shoes on when doing the workouts if I'm in my own house?

    No, you don't have to, but if you are new to working out you might want to wear shoes for stability's sake. Cody Storey doesn't wear shoes in many of his workout videos, but you have to have good balance and strong stability muscles in your ankles and feet. If you are comfortable with it, go for it!
