Do you have workouts for individuals who have arthritis and/or fibromyalgia?

Right now, we have don't have any workouts targeted for anyone with any pre-existing conditions or illnesses. We hope to have specific workouts geared towards specific conditions in the future though.

Thanks for answering my question. I am still going to do the easy workouts for 20 min. They seem to not be so hard on my joints, although I've only done 2 of them.
