Do you think someone can loose 15lbs by may 8? by following daily burn everyday and eat less as possible? but still eat 3 times a day?
I noticed I lost more weight faster when I ate more lean protein. Reducing food will force your body into starvation mode. I eat alot of protein and drink lots of water. Use your Dailyburn tracker to help you with the right amount of protein.
I am on day 9 of the ignite diet, and I have already lost 7 pounds. I realize some of that is water weight, but still, it's 7 pounds! I am also doing the Cardio Sculpt videos on DailyBurn everyday. Good luck, you can do it!
