Do you use your Ignite/Balance tracking app in restaurants?
I love the Balance tracking app -- it's the easiest way to track Balance points and I feel that it really helps me stay on target. However, I can't bring myself to pull out my phone and snap in a restaurant. Then spend all week trying to remember and mentally deduct points for what I had during that client lunch. I realize I could just choose a salad every time, but I also know that I am not going to -- we have some nice restaurants in my town! Is there a way to deduct points later? Or are there brave souls who do this all the time who can tell me how people around you react -- like, is it humiliating or do they fail to notice?rhaden by:
If you save a picture on your phone (can be of anything), you can use "choose photo" instead of "take photo" on he app, pick a picture and then just write down what you had and deduct your points after your meal. Might look funny depending on the picture you choose (I wrote "Ignite" on a piece of paper and took a picture of that), but if you don't want to take a photo of your lunch that's a pretty good solution I think.
