I workout in the afternoon while my baby is napping!
What's best is whatever you can do and do consistently!
I am not a morning person, so I actually have more energy after I get home from work. However, if I know I can't get a workout in after work, I will get up early to do it in the morning.
I find that working out in the morning works best for me. I am usually to tired to workout after a long day at work.
My preference is to work out in the morning. Some people suggest that working out in the morning boosts the metabolism more than working out in the evening. Ultimately, I think most will agree that morning or evening, whats important is that the workout gets done. Personally, I find my evening workouts to be of a lower quality, because I'm tired from the day or even a little more bogged down after a day's worth of eating.
