Does anybody drink protein shakes?
I tried protein shakes, but they didn't do it for me. So I bought a Vita-Mix and started making my own juice with protein powder. Because of this approach, I've moved from a junk-food based diet to a whole live food diet of which, every morning, I have yogurt, protein powder, broccoli, spinach, berries, and other fruit smoothie. I've lost nearly 35 lbs. in three months, and feel like a million bucks. I'm 61 so I've had plenty of time to develop bad habits, but the new habits make me feel so much better. Fast food is now just a distant memory!
