Eating & Exercise
How long before/after eating is it OK to start exercising or a DailyBurn Workout? Is it like swimming or does it matter if you do it on a full/empty stomach? Perhaps this also affects daily weight fluctuations? Working hard and I want it all to count! Thank you...by: Pehrson
This is different for every person. I can't eat and then work out. It makes me sick. Normally, you should be safe to workout two hours after eating a meal. I've found the best thing for me is grabbing something small, like string cheese, and then exercising.
