Effective workout recommendations for knee replacement?

  • I am one year post op from total kneed replacement. For the most part, I can do most exercises except for high impact and a lot of twisting on my knee. Looking for t require a lot of impact

    First, you'll need the green light from your doctor to begin an exercise program. Once you have clearance, you can definitely check out 'True Beginner' and 'Recover' series as these programs are the most gentle on your joints and offer cardio; however we recommend that you preview a couple of their videos without working out to them to see what you're comfortable with doing. You have the opportunity to either sit out, or modify the moves when it comes to using your knee as the instructor will always show a sample move before they go ahead and have you do them.
