Entering the video routines on Daily Burn Tracker
-
I use the Daily Burn tracker almost religiously, entering exactly what I've eaten and worked out. I just finished my first video on this site, Cardio Sports Drills. How do I tell the tracker that I've done this? Do I have to search for each specific exercise?

I wish that at LEAST dailyburn would break down the exercises for you and have a list after you did it, so you can log it in your favourite tracker, which since you're here will most likely be dailyburn tracker. And then make sure all of the exercises in their lists are also added to the tracker! Then one could make routines in there... ;-)
Even though, my true wish is that you can choose to connect the tracker to your account if you use it and it will communicate with each other automatically after you do an extra quiz that would pop up - To ask about heart rate, if you skipped parts etc, but we don't live in a perfect world! :D

Good question, I can't believe each of these video's data isn't uploaded over there. For now I've been choosing each individual exercise or the closest thing I can find and entering the number of reps I did.

I go to daily burn...see how many calories I burned..then I create my own exercise.....I put in the calories burned and min performed.....as long as I put in how many calories I burned..sometimes I just pick a random exercise...and write the vid..I did in the discription......like I burned 345 on a treadmill..but as long as the calories are registered....

I'm lazy and I've just been searching through the "classes" exercises for the one that is closest to what I did and use that.

Yup, my thoughts exactly
so bummed...that was the question I just posted. Their nutrition tracker is the best...but I feel like it's too much extra work to track my workouts by individual exercise...seriously they need to at least list the classes on tracker and you can just select!
