Exercises to do at my desk?
I just started daily burn, but I want to do more than just an evening workout. I have a very sedentary job (sitting at a desk all day), and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on exercises I can do at my desk? I know I won't get the same results as a full workout, but every thing helps, right? (also, if they could be fairly subtle/ normal looking exercises, I don't think customers would appreciate jumping jacks in the office...)by: Cpthompson15
