Feeling very tired...when can I expect all the energy to kick in that everyone is talking about?
All I can tell you is that through my experience that the lack of caffeine is most likely the headaches that you are having. It usually takes a little better than a week to shake that off. As for the feeling tired that is a combination of you body detoxing from the processed foods and my question would be, are you taking the multivitamins? If not they will help.
