Female Looking to Gain Weight but Not Large Amounts of Muscle
Most would say that I've been blessed. I have a low metabolism and have been slim my whole life. However, I have had self-esteem issues all of my life. I'm 5' 4", weighing in at 118 lbs. I'm at the lower end of my weight/height range. I would really like to gain some weight so that I don't look like I'm skin and bones. I would ultimately like to look more curvy with a little bit of mass to hide all of the bones (my rib cage sticks out, as well as my hip bones). How can I do that without bulking up by adding muscle weight? Obviously, I want to do it the healthy way by eating right, exercising. I don't want to just sit around and be lazy and eat horrible for the next year so I can put on some pounds.
I'm anxious to hear what others have tried, recommendations from the trainers, and would really like to partner with someone who has the same goals as mine. It's hard for me to have a diet with high protein and good fats when I have a boyfriend that has the opposite problem as me :\by: davislr21
