Few calories burned
I noticed that I burn a few calories during a workout (about 250 calories, much less than in a race), but my appearance is greatly improved. do you think there's an error in the calories counter? I feel more tired than a run after a few workouts.by: chitarra90
The only way to accurately measure the calories you're burning is with a heart rate monitor. The calorie calculator on the site is a general guideline and not based on how hard you're working. I would not worry too much about it, just keep making healthy choices. If you stop seeing results, it's time to up your intensity. The fitter you become, you'll burn less calories doing the same exercise. Keep up the great work!
