The only way to accurately measure the calories you're burning is with a heart rate monitor. The calorie calculator on the site is a general guideline and not based on how hard you're working. I would not worry too much about it, just keep making healthy choices. If you stop seeing results, it's time to up your intensity. also remember if you are a runner you body is used to running so you may feel less fatigued because your running muscles have a lot of endurance where as when you use weaker muscles during your work outs they will feel it more.
