GF Protein Bars
I found some Gluten Free, Soy Free, and Dairy free protein bars and snacks. But they have agave nectar in them. Less than 10G of sugar. Would they still be okay since it is less than 10G of sugar (6g per serving).by: dmcdaniel01
A better suggestion... read the ingredients in the bars. Leave out the "fillers" and additives and then recreate your own bars! You can freeze them or seal them in a bag to keep fresh in the fridge. You will save money, and have a healthier option. I've made my own bars and have experienced great results!
Absolutely! As long as it's not over 10g of added sugar per serving, you're good to go!
