Great question. If you are craving something crunchy, corn tortillas and salsa are fine to have. Just check the bag label to make sure that they are gluten-free. Also, get the soft corn tortillas and make your own chips by baking them. Many fried chips contain soybean oil, which is not part of the Ignite program.

Dip them in dairy-free guacamole for an extra nutritious snack!

Corn itself isnt a "gluten." Technically it is a gluten but it isnt a harmful gluten to the intestines unless you have an intolerance to corn itself. So your likely safe on the gluten free chips. i know someone is sitting there going if corn is gluten free then why do they have "gluten free" corn chips? To answer that before its asked, because a lot of corn chips have a gluten added to the dough.
