Going from ignite to balance
I am almost done my ignite phase and I have lost 5 pounds so far! My body has lots of issues losing weight and weight does not come off easily. I am running 3 days a week. I think I won't add sugar, artificial sweeteners, alcohol or gluten as these are things I have problems controlling myself around and my body holds on to weight when I am eating refined carbs. Has anyone had issues losing weight on the balance phase?by: MyloWilliamson
