Going to a party next weekend and would love to have a drink due to it is the first date in a long time with my husband...any sugg.?
I love a good mojito, but I'm still in the Ignite phase...and I think my wine & Mojitos were contributing to my getting "stuck" and not losing weight. So - I'm now having Mint, Lime with ice & Club soda. It's not quite the same, but it feels good to not cheat! :)
Have a drink. Big deal. If you look at fitness from the prospective of a life long pursuit, one night off isn't going to kill you. That's how I keep sane. This weekend my mom said, "How is your workout thing going?" My response was, "Things have an end to them. This isn't a thing, this is my life." It's all about sustainability. Have a night off. Make sure you workout hard and eat right that morning, and get back on track the next day. No harm no foul.
