When looking at the Ignite page it looked as if there would be a weekly shopping list and meal plan, yet when I look at my dashboard it only shows suggestions for today. Is there no actual "plan" to ignite? Am I missing something?by: bohdel
Good questions. As long as you follow the rules and avoid the evil 6 (sugar, artificial sweeteners, gluten, soy, alcohol, and dairy), you can eat anything you want. The idea is to keep it flexible so you learn how to sustain a healthy diet even after the detox.
