Hello all. I'm brand new to this daily burn program...would love to get feedback from anyone who's been with it for a couple weeks or more?
If you like it, why do you? I love the idea of variety in workouts and convenience of doing it at home, but would love to also feel part of a community. My new year's resolution this year is to drop 50lbs and become an athlete (like I almost achieved a couple years ago until I fell off the wagon). I want to become a yogi again and run my first half marathon by the end of 2014. Please let me hear from you! :)Aliaa by:
I've been at this for about 6 weeks now and I really do enjoy it. I started with True Beginner which is a great starting program. Then I moved on to Intelliburn.
Overall, this offers great variety and good training for a low cost. I prefer working out at home and I've been using videos for years. But after a few months I'd peak out on them because I got bored. I haven't gotten bored yet with these. I strongly recommend giving this a try!
I have been with the program since I discovered it over the Christmas holidays. I really like it. The flexibility of the program is a great plus. I can do the pre-scripted programs. And then between programs I can try new workouts to discover more. I like that there is a variety of trainers as I find I like some styles more than others. I can not afford a personal trainer at a traditional gym, and feel that the programs help me have a cohesive program that is really helping me reach my goals. Without that I find myself either doing the same things over and over until I'm bored and quit or I'm all over the place looking for new that I burn myself out. DailyBurn is a great middle ground.
