Help! I've been working out twice a day and following ignite and I CAN'T lose the excess fat in my inner thighs and knees.
My legs aren't fat. Actually they're pretty solid but I still have a handful of fat that I can grab in my inner thighs and even the sides of my knees. I've been doing every DB exercise. I'll do kickboxing or MMA in the morning, or HIIT, and yoga in the evening. Sometimes I'll even do one of the others randomly at night. I also feel like the smoothies are starting to not help anymore. I'm hungry, fatigued, and spaced out. I just want to be lean but it seems like I'm bulking up faster than I'm losing fat.by: healthguru91
