Help! I've been working out twice a day and following ignite and I CAN'T lose the excess fat in my inner thighs and knees.
My legs aren't fat. Actually they're pretty solid but I still have a handful of fat that I can grab in my inner thighs and even the sides of my knees. I've been doing every DB exercise. I'll do kickboxing or MMA in the morning, or HIIT, and yoga in the evening. Sometimes I'll even do one of the others randomly at night. I also feel like the smoothies are starting to not help anymore. I'm hungry, fatigued, and spaced out. I just want to be lean but it seems like I'm bulking up faster than I'm losing fat.healthguru91 by:
It sounds to me that you are overtraining. When you overtrain you would feel the way you described (hungry, fatigued and spaced out) and you won't lose any weight. It is definitely counterproductive and would send you right into a platoon.
I would take a week off (yes, sounds crazy, but your body needs to "heal") and start right again by doing only 1 workout per day and rotate them accordingly (not doing HIIT two days in a row, but alternate it with strength training and so on).
Is everything good with the diet besides the smoothies?
