help, my family has been sick and I have fallen 3 workouts behind in the beginning of month 2,

  • my day starts at 5 getting everyone up, cooking breakfast, etc then off to school and work, I get off at 5 home by 6 then dinner for family. its too late to do two workouts. should I start month 2 over? if so, how.

    Life kinda gets in the way sometimes ...
    But there are no hard and fast rules
    You missed some days ...... start back where you left off or from the start
    in the long run you're in for the long haul
