help, my family has been sick and I have fallen 3 workouts behind in the beginning of month 2,
my day starts at 5 getting everyone up, cooking breakfast, etc then off to school and work, I get off at 5 home by 6 then dinner for family. its too late to do two workouts. should I start month 2 over? if so, how.by: shellnik
