How are points earned? I completed a workout and have 0 points. My friend has points and hasn't worked out yet.

  I have noticed things seem a bit buggy on here. I have posted on twitter but haven't received any badges in the ranks section. Try sending an email through the help page. Don't try to do the live chat. I had no success there.

    I emailed them and they said several people are having the same issue and they are trying to figure out the problem. Hopefully its fixed soon!
