I am definitely seeing more definition in my abs. Even better, my husband has started exercising along with me! (Even the yoga.)

I have hit my 40 pound mark plus using dailyburn tracker for the first few months and then dailyburn beta really hard since September. I have about 20 pounds left to go before I hit my "goal" weight but with this group I know it can be done!

splashangelOOOPS! Not sure what I did wrong:0\
I AM making progress. My body moves quicker and easier these days. I am much lighter on my feet. My goal is not a number I want to see or even a visual goal. I just want to see what I am made of. I have never liked planned excercise. I like to play though. Hiking, swimming, body surfing, etc. This is fun to me.

I really love the DailyBurn "Instructor led" workout system. The ability to see and hear a LIVING human person (Versus an avatar) guiding and motivating, reinforces my connection to complete the workout. On the other hand, I'm considered to be part of that population (20%) who has the vision and committed to seeing past the pain so as to achieve the reward of a longer healthier lifestyle. Unfortunately, if you look around most people (70-80%) do not have the mental drive to accomplish many of the DailyBurn workouts...at least not in the onset ( 6-8 weeks). It would be great if DailyBurn had a 6-8 week streaming program for Beginners, preparing them for the more rigorous training found in current DailyBurn workouts.

Nice! That's the hardest place for me.
I was always suspect of yoga too, but I like the way Cody leads it.
